The tasks performed enabled a comprehensive analysis of environmental and labor aspects from the perspective of technology management. As results on the one hand were obtained, recovery of the levels of technological and environmental significance and labor sectors of sawing, drying and remanufacturing, and secondly, through the statistical tool of correlation analysis, we studied the associations between technological factors of the different workstations, and the implications due to environmental impacts and labor. The work done allowed an adequate technological diagnosis, enabling the detection of critical issues regarding technology resources which may be improved, contributing also to the process of making decisions related to technology management. |

El trabajo se llevó a cabo en un establecimiento maderero PyMEs (Pequeña y Mediana Empresa) de la provincia de Misiones, Argentina. Como objetivo se planteó el desarrollo de un método de diagnóstico de la gestión tecnológica que permitiera abordar transversalmente las relaciones existentes entre los factores tecnológicos, los laborales y los ambientales. Las tareas realizadas posibilitaron un análisis integral de los aspectos ambientales y laborales desde la perspectiva de la gestión tecnológica. Como resultados se obtuvieron, por una parte, la valorización de los niveles de factores tecnológicos y de significación de aspectos ambientales y laborales para los sectores de aserrado, secado y remanufactura; y por otra parte, a través de la herramienta estadística de análisis de correspondencias, se estudiaron las asociaciones existentes entre los factores tecnológicos de las diferentes estaciones de trabajo, y las implicancias devenidas de los impactos ambientales y laborales. El trabajo desarrollado permitió realizar realizar un adecuado diagnóstico tecnológico, posibilitando la detección de puntos críticos relacionados con recursos tecnológicos factibles de mejorar; contribuyendo además, al proceso de toma de decisiones vinculadas a la gestión tecnológica.
