| Resumo: | The work presents a synthesis of the experience of managing knowledge through the training of Doctors in the university-business link, to help develop the sugarcane industry in the concept of biorefineries without affecting the environment. It is concluded that the sugarcane industry presents a new possibility of competitive development through the use of residues from its main and derived productions, which justifies the use of sugarcane as a source of food, chemical products and energy. in the strategy to develop biorefineries in these industrial facilities, where the generation of new knowledge is obtained from the scientific innovations presented by the doctors upon graduation. |
