Summary:Companies need to organize work to improve their processes; this is one of the ways to increase efficiency and productivity, as well as the quality of products and services, integrating human resources with tools and means of work. With the analysis and application of studies of methods and working conditions companies improve the performance of their processes and the satisfaction of workers and customers. The objective of the research is to analyze the work organization with a resilient approach in the work of the tower operators of the Division of Projects and Works Execution (DVPE). Based on the study of the functions, main tasks and the conditions of the post, waste is eliminated, the risks are updated, the training program is improved and the safe work procedure is improved.
