Las empresas necesitan de la organización del trabajo para mejorar sus procesos. Esta es una de las vías para el incremento de la eficacia y la productividad, así como la calidad de los productos y servicios; integrando los recursos humanos con las herramientas y medios de trabajo. Con el análisis y la aplicación de estudios de métodos y condiciones laborales las empresas mejoran el desempeño de sus procesos y la satisfacción de los trabajadores y clientes. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la organización del trabajo con enfoque resiliente en las labores de los torreros de la División de Proyectos y Ejecución de Obras (DVPE). Partiendo del estudio de las funciones, tareas principales y las condiciones del puesto, se eliminan derroches, se actualizan los riesgos, el programa de formación y se mejora el procedimiento de trabajo seguro.
