| description | The Computer Systems of Hotel Management (SIGH) are strategic systems for the hotel chains so the information that they register constitutes the source for the whole general statistics, as: aspects of quality, studies of segmentation, satisfaction, etc. The SIGH allows the standardization and automation of the principal functions of the direction and operation of a hotel. In the last years there have arisen several very flexible products realized with modern technologies, nevertheless the tendency in the hotel chains is to having a corporate system, while independent and small hotels use small SIGH. This variety implies using methods that they contribute to the capture of decisions in the selection of the software most adapted to the specific conditions of the Hotel 'Los Laureles' object of study. For it the method AHP allows the quantification of the relative importance of the criteria for the evaluation of the software's, for finally, to estimate a relative weight of importance between the same ones. The above mentioned method is used in the investigation, to select the system most adapted in the management of the hotel inside a quarry of free software, concluding that the Abanq - Os is the software that can adapt to the conditions of the entity object of study. |

Los Sistemas Informáticos de Gestión Hotelera (SIGH) son sistemas estratégicos para las cadenas hoteleras pues la información que registran constituye la fuente para toda la estadística general, como: aspectos de calidad, estudios de segmentación, satisfacción, etc. Los SIGH permiten la estandarización y automatización de las principales funciones de la dirección y operación de un hotel. En los últimos años han surgido varios productos muy flexibles realizados con tecnologías modernas, no obstante la tendencia en las cadenas hoteleras es a tener un sistema corporativo, mientras que hoteles independientes y pequeños usan pequeños SIGH. Esta variedad implica utilizar métodos que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones en la selección del software más adecuado a las condiciones específicas del Hotel 'Los Laureles'. Para ello el método AHP (Analityc Hierarchy Process) permite la cuantificación de la importancia relativa de los criterios para la valoración de los software´s, para finalmente, estimar un peso relativo de importancia entre los mismos. Dicho método se utiliza en la investigación, para seleccionar el sistema más adecuado en la gestión del hotel dentro de una cantera de software libre, concluyendo que el Abanq-Os es el software que se puede adaptar a las condiciones de la entidad objeto de estudio.
