Description
Summary:Historically, to measure the results of their actions defies the HUMAN RESOURSES  professionals, by the growing efficiency demand of the enterprises. To increase efficiency, outsourcing was adopted. This study’s objective was to measure the average costs of Recruitment and people's selection processes, to cover vacancies in 21 enterprises of the Missôes Region (RS), and analyze the possible advantage of outsourcing these activities as a way of reducing costs. The sample was submitted to a cuanti-qualifying questionnaire on the management of these processes by enterprises, divided into Human Resource groups: those that outsource those that sometimes outsource and those that never outsource Recruitment and Selection activities. The results show that for enterprises that always or occasionally outsource, have financial advantages in this practice, because when this happens, the process cost reduction reaches a 73%. Apart from this, the percentage of professionals that remain in the enterprises for more than twelve months is higher when the process occurs by subcontracting, showing that the subcontracting Recruitment and Selection processes can be a tool in the enterprises’ maxim: high quality with costs reduction.
