The cultural types referred include: Paternalistic Culture, Apathetic Culture, Anomic Culture Integrative and Demanding Culture, which arise from the crossing of two major dimensions: organizations focus on results and organizations people Orientation. From here you have identified the characteristics of each cultural type present in Research Centers, determining that both share a further Integrative Culture. This finding is particularly important because nearly 120 organizations that are part of this project, only 9.5% have dominant Integrative Culture. Also,  analyzed quantitatively some of the consequences of Integrative Culture in people who work in them.
